📋 Description
• Support the Secretary of the Air Force Director of Personnel Digital Transformation Organization and SAF/A1X • Design, configure, operate, and maintain fully functional CMDB solution • Establish change and configuration management processes for the enterprise enclave • Ensure CMDB processes implement required DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) guidance • Develop comprehensive documentation outlining procedures for configuring the CMDB • Provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the CMDB module • Direct actions of the Mid-level CMDB Engineer/Analyst
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication skills, written and oral • Minimum of 7 years' experience with ServiceNow CMDB • Strong technical skills and analytic ability • Ability to lead adhoc teams • Familiarity with ITILv4 standards • Ability to comply with DODD 8140 Cyberspace Workforce Management requirements • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificate • Experience with ServiceNow development and O&M support • Bachelor of Science (BS)/Master of Science (MS) in Cyber Security or related field • Secret OR Top Secret (TS) level clearance
