📋 Description

• As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our market intelligence, strategy, and positioning • Dive deep into industry trends, competitors, influencers, and target audiences to keep Daxko at the forefront of the market • Develop and execute annual intelligence strategies designed to achieve market leadership across all verticals • Provide Brand Managers and stakeholders with data-backed research, insights, and trends to fuel strategic marketing execution • Lead marketing strategy and go-to-market (GTM) efforts for key partnerships, corporate offerings, and Daxko Exchange • Create compelling assets and contribute to reporting for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team to drive informed decision-making • Develop persuasive proposals and initiatives that captivate the market and elevate our brand presence • Work seamlessly with teams across the organization to ensure marketing, sales, and product goals are perfectly aligned • Plan and coordinate cross-product strategies to effectively market and sell additional solutions in alignment with company goals • Bring passion and energy to the fitness, health, and wellness market, helping expand Daxko’s influence and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy planning and brand management • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail • Proficiency in Salesforce and an understanding of market research concepts (JTBD/ODI methodology preferred) • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities
