📋 Description

• Company Description: Daxko powers wellness to improve lives. • At Daxko, we’re transforming the way fitness and health clubs handle payments. • Own the Payments Platform Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for Daxko’s Payments Platform. • Drive Platform Growth & Adoption: Partner with the Payments Services team to ensure our platform capabilities align with customer and business needs. • Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with developers to optimize payments processing, security, and infrastructure for scalability and reliability. • Ensure Compliance & Security: Stay ahead of evolving fraud prevention, security standards (PCI DSS), and regulatory requirements. • Be a Payments Innovator: Research and implement emerging payment technologies. • Champion Customer-Centric Solutions: Use market analysis, customer feedback, and payment processing insights to deliver a best-in-class experience. • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Work across various teams to drive seamless product launches and adoption. • Monitor & Scale the Platform: Implement performance monitoring, resiliency strategies, and quality-focused enhancements to support platform growth. • Be the Internal & External Payments Platform Evangelist: Represent Daxko Payments in industry discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• A platform product leader with experience in shared service capabilities. • A payments expert who understands merchant processing, ACH, EMV, and recurring payments. • A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution. • A cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or in a related field • 6+ years of experience in B2B software product management, engineering, or related fields (platform focus preferred). • 3+ years in payments (merchant services, payment gateways, processors, etc.). • Strong understanding of card-present (CP) and card-not-present (CNP) transactions, ACH, and subscription-based payments. • Product management certification preferred. • Proven ability to drive platform scalability, security, and adoption. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
