• The Senior Product Manager will drive the next phase of growth for Zen Planner, an established product within our portfolio of fitness and health club management solutions. • This role requires a proven track record of scaling B2B products through a combination of product-led growth strategies and deep focus on customer experience. • You will be responsible for evolving the product experience, accelerating time-to-value, and driving sustainable growth through strong customer retention and expansion. • As the leader for your product line, you will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that spans the entire customer journey - from initial discovery through long-term success. • This includes optimizing the user experience, enhancing onboarding flows, and ensuring that all touchpoints are designed to drive both customer success and business growth.
