📋 Description
• Reviews, analyzes and evaluates current sales & marketing systems and processes. • Ensures proper systems and system configurations exist to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs. • Identifies user training needs. • Collaborates with training teams to ensure systems users are properly trained and equipped on best-practices to achieve business objectives. • Partners with IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Business Analytics teams to ensure accuracy of data and data flow. • Facilitates task forces on projects involving systems changes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) • Minor in IT related field • 3+ years experience supporting sales and marketing operations • 2+ years of experience in a professional services industry • Experience working with cloud-based marketing and sales software • Ability to travel if needed 10% • Great attitude and team player • Successful completion of background screening process
