📋 Description
• Collaborate to develop engaging eLearning content and multimedia resources • Support online learning initiatives by assisting in creation of instructional materials • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration and VILT support • Ensure alignment between learning objectives and instructional strategies • Revise instructional materials based on feedback and data insights • Administer LMS functions including user management and troubleshooting • Collaborate with LMS vendors to resolve technical issues • Support management administrative tasks for Leadership Programs
🎯 Requirements
• Associates Degree or equivalent (2+) years of work experience • 1+ years experience in instructional design • 1+ years experience using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Creative suite, etc.) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, specifically Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams and PowerPoint. • E-learning and/or Instructional Design certification preferred • Great attitude and team player. • Successful completion of background screening process.
