Description
• Develop and implement digital community strategy across platforms like Slack and Discourse • Drive new community membership and global engagement with existing members • Activate or host virtual events and collaborate with internal teams for campaigns • Analyze community engagement performance metrics and make data-driven decisions • Stay up-to-date with industry news and dbt product updates
Requirements
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing, program management, engagement or community role • Experience with data analytics and/or have worked closely with data professionals • Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced organization • Enthusiastic about building new connections with people from diverse roles and backgrounds • Passionate about communities and excited to build this program from the ground up
