• The Revenue Operations team is the backbone of our GTM org. • This role will help support everyone in the GTM org by managing our Salesforce request queue and proactively creating solutions to help our Go To Market team. • The person will jump in and handle a myriad of tasks—from SFDC administration to project management and request triaging—providing a dynamic work experience and opportunities to develop a broad skill set. • You will work cross-functionally with the sales, SDR, partnership, accounting and marketing teams while recommending enhancements to our current flows and policies.
• Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team • Two years SFDC admin experience • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams • Experience with request triaging and handling various operational tasks • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
