Description
• The Revenue Operations team is looking to expand our compensation team. • This role will help process and complete commission payments, accruals and audits to ensure the team is accurately compensated. • You will help test and create comp plans and ensure all credits and commissions are being calculated correctly in our system. • You will work cross-functionally while recommending enhancements to our current policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team • Have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in finance, accounting or a related field with exposure to calculating sales commissions • Have performed calculations for commissions or handled financial data related to compensation processing • Have you worked with Excel/Sheets to manage financial data for ad hoc reporting needs • • Experience processing monthly commissions and accruals or building out plans in a Sales Comp Tool (Captivate IQ, Xactly, etc.)
