• Establish and lead a standardized project management framework and methodology across the organization • Serve as a project leader, program manager, and portfolio manager, ensuring successful project delivery • Collaborate across verticals to align project priorities and drive organizational success • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their project management skills and capabilities
Requirements
• Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in establishing and implementing project management best practices and methodologies
