• dbt Labs empowers data practitioners to create and disseminate organizational knowledge. • Develop AI-powered tooling that enhances each stage of Analytics Development Lifecycle. • Partner closely with product development teams to design, build, and implement AI features.
Requirements
• Experience in working remotely as part of a distributed team. • A strong passion for solving customer problems using AI-driven approaches. • Expertise in building AI systems, with a focus on LLMs or similar technologies. • A solid understanding of balancing speed with quality, delivering effective solutions without compromising long-term vision. • Proven experience with web frameworks to develop full-stack applications at scale. • A strong background in building APIs and large-scale distributed systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
