📋 Description
• Join a dynamic, fast-paced team where growth and impact go hand in hand! • Work closely with product, design, data, and marketing teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention—directly influencing the success of our platform. • Design, build, and optimize growth experiments to improve key product metrics. • Implement A/B tests and feature flags to iterate quickly on growth initiatives. • Develop and maintain scalable fullstack solutions using modern frameworks (React — TypeScript, Python, etc.). • Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with product and business goals. • Analyze data and experiment results to drive continuous improvements. • Work in an agile, fast-moving environment focused on delivering impact.
🎯 Requirements
• The ability to work asynchronously as part of a fully remote, distributed team. • Strong experience in fullstack development • A track record of shipping impactful growth-focused experiments. • You own what you build, beyond just your code. You have a passion for quality. • You communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. • You are self-driven and impact-oriented. You are proactive and can move fast or pivot to meet the changing needs of the product. • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment. • Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and optimization techniques. • Experience with shipping experiments that directly influenced user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. • Strong understanding of good UX design.
