Requirements

• Project Management experience • Understanding and ability to follow construction plans, specifications, and industry standards • Knowledge of building materials, permitting processes, and general building codes • Timber frame experience is a plus • Familiarity with build and post-construction support processes is a plus • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized • Diplomatic with strong negotiation and communication skills • Client-focused and committed to delivering exceptional results • Tech-savvy
