• Collaborate with DCG project managers and the client to develop communication products. • Develop social media content, source images, and collaborate with design team. • Build communication campaign collateral, including web banners and print materials. • Develop training materials, including slideshows and FAQs. • Contribute to internal and external blog posts and related content. • Report on metrics monthly and quarterly.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications and/or marketing, with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience supporting communications and marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency or federal contractor setting. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. • Demonstrated technical writing experience. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage a diverse workload, and work both independently and collaboratively as a team. • Experience developing traditional communications products and social media posts. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Experience with digital media preferred. • Experience working with or supporting VA or VHA in particular strongly preferred. • Active or previous VA clearance strongly preferred.
