Description
• Responsible for overseeing strategy and roadmap for data in DDI products • Understand customer data needs and prioritize reporting enhancements • Measure and communicate business value of data management to stakeholders • Document product requirements and user stories to empower product development • Analyze data statistics and adjust data/product plans based on results
Requirements
• 5+ years and a proven track record of leading the delivery of digital products from concept to launch • 3+ years of product management experience with data management and analytics • Experience in the HR market (talent acquisition, training, psychometric assessments, etc.). • Extensive agile development experience. • Superior project management and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure. • Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative. • Team player who collaborates well with others. • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience.
