📋 Description
• Join DDN Storage as a Technical Support Engineer - Level 2. • Work with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot data storage systems. • Act as a resource for less experienced team members. • Engage in customer relationships and communicate complex technical solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with Linux-based file systems in production systems • RAID storage system support and development experience • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with AI and HPC workloads is a plus.
