Description

• The Software Engineer is a talented software developer with experience writing applications for the web • Contributes to a team environment and solves problems together • Stays up to date on the latest trends and technologies via news articles, online courses and trainings • Produces well-designed, maintainable code that adheres to SOLID software design principles • Adheres to software development processes and participates in discussions to enhance and optimize development operations • Implements code that adheres to architecture design and implementation plans agreed upon with technical lead and software architect • Gains thorough understanding of systems and core business functions • Participates in code reviews and communicates estimations, delays or unforeseen problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineer, or related degree, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of Software engineering experience • Strong understanding of SOLID software design principles • Experience working with package management tools (NuGet) to manage dependencies • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices • Experience with HTTP API services • Appreciation of the user experience at all points of interaction with the software
