• Dealfront is excited to be experiencing a level of growth where we are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Data Processing team. This role involves leading a team of 4 whilst also playing a part as an individual contributor helping to achieve company goals. • Effectively manage the team including all aspects of objective planning, providing technical input, monitoring execution, performance reviews etc. • Collaborate with product management and lead team to fulfil company goals • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. • Act as individual contributor to support the team’s output

Requirements

• 5 Years experience in Data Engineering, including working with big Data • At least 2 years experience leading data engineering teams • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
