• Who Are We? • Decentralized Masters stands at the forefront of DeFi education globally. • Operating on a bootstrapped model, we are on track to achieve an impressive $50 million in revenue this year alone. • Our Impact highlights our commitment to deliver unparalleled resources designed for long-term success in the world of DeFi and Web3. • Our Vision is clear: to create the biggest and most influential DeFi ecosystem. • What will you be doing? • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to develop and optimize our new affiliate program, building it from scratch. • Key Responsibilities include Affiliate Recruitment and Management, Program Development, Program Optimization, Performance Tracking, Collaboration, Campaign Management, and Compliance. • Desired Outcomes include diversifying client acquisition channels and building the affiliate program from scratch, achieving 15-20% of revenue from affiliate marketing in 6 months, and increasing affiliate marketing contributions in 12 months.

Requirements

• Proven experience building an Affiliate Marketing Program from the ground up. • Experience as an Affiliate Manager in Financial, DeFi, blockchain industries. • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, metrics, and tools. • Excellent communication skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks to lead a department.
