• Who Are We? • Decentralized Masters stands at the forefront of DeFi education globally. • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to develop and optimize our new affiliate program. • You will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate relationships. • Key Responsibilities: • Affiliate Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates. • Program Development: This is a new program you will be building from the ground up. • Program Optimization: Analyze affiliate performance to find improvement opportunities. • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and KPIs, prepare and present performance reports. • Campaign Management: Oversee creation and execution of campaigns. • Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations. • Desired Outcomes: Diversify client acquisition channels and build the affiliate program from scratch.

Requirements

• Proven experience building an Affiliate Marketing Program from the ground up. • Experience as an Affiliate Manager in Financial, DeFi, blockchain industries. • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, metrics, and tools. • Excellent communication skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks to lead a department.
