Requirements
What will you bring? • Experience: • Minimum 5 years in financial management roles; startup experience preferred. • Proven track record as CFO or similar leadership role. • Experience with investment banking, venture capital, and fundraising. • Familiarity with UAE and US corporate financial laws and tax practices. • Qualifications: • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MSc/MBA preferred). • Strong expertise in treasury management and financial forecasting. • Background in education or financial industries is a plus. • Skills: • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities. • Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, taxes, and risk management. • Ability to manage and lead in a remote, global setup.
