Requirements
•Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content. •Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Passion for DeFi, blockchain, and Web3 technology. •Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. •Tools: Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. •Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a collaborative spirit and a passion for learning and growth.
