📋 Description
• Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen und Störungsmeldungen zur Administration in ORBIS im Rahmen des Fachanwendersupports nach ITIL • Unterstützung und Hilfestellung bei Kundenanfragen zu ORBIS und zu den Arbeitsabläufen • Fehlersuche, Analyse und Fehlerbehebung in Konfiguration und auf Datenbank • Klassifizierung und Identifikation von Fehlerquellen in der Software und qualifizierte Übergabe an die Entwicklungsabteilung zur Korrektur der Fehler • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung, Projektmanagement, Vertrieb, Projektcontrolling, Projektorganisation und Beratern • Teilnahme am 24x7 Rufbereitschaftsdienst (aus dem Homeoffice) • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Schulungen, Workshops und Coachings
🎯 Requirements
• Studium, Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Krankenhausverwaltung / Wirtschaftsinformatik / Fachinformatik • Kenntnisse in der Administration von ORBIS und eHealth (Deutschland oder Österreich) von Vorteil • SQL-Kenntnisse von Vorteil • Umgang mit modernster IT und deren Organisationsmitteln • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute analytische Fähigkeiten • Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden • Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Service-Orientierung • Eigenverantwortliche und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
