Description

• Line Manager for a large team which develops software for patient engagement • Mentor motivate your team members • Recruitment and selection of employees • Performance Management • Ensure installability, portability, scalability, maintanability and servicability • Contribute to roadmap creation and ensure delivery according to roadmap • Work with both local and international product teams

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science and/or information systems or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Experience in management and/or working of/with agile development teams • Leadership mentality • Know how in min. 3 of this technologies Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Go, JavaEE, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL • Practical experience in development of enterprise applications with web technologies • Experience in the healthcare domain would be beneficial • Knowledge in development of Web and Desktop Applications • Strong oral and written English language skills
