🎯 Requirements
• Have 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment • Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity • Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. had success in a top tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awards • Intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data to support operational insights and decision-making. • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize data and generate reports. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact • Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
