Description

• Create and Update Country-Specific Content: Work with subject matter experts to produce clear, concise, and impactful content that simplifies compliance-related changes for internal and external audiences. • Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with global teams to gather detailed information, resolve ambiguities, and ensure content is accurate, actionable, and aligned with Deel’s global standards. • Participate in Strategic Projects: Contribute to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives such as Compliance Go-to-Market processes, ensuring content supports operational success. • Audit and Improve Resources: Regularly review and refine existing content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and usability across all platforms. • Leverage Data for Continuous Improvement: Use analytics and feedback to optimize content clarity, usability, and impact. • Streamline and Scale Content Creation: Design templates, guidelines, and scalable solutions to drive efficiency and reduce redundancy in documentation processes. • Work with Deel’s AI Tools: Utilize internal AI tools to enhance content discoverability and synthesis for internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a technical or compliance writer, preferably in a legal, SaaS, or Fintech environment. • Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups. • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage shifting deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver in dynamic environments. • Demonstrated ability to distill complex regulatory and operational information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. • Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, or similar platforms. • Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
