Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the HR or payroll industry. • Global Payroll Expertise: In-depth knowledge of global payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple countries. Ideally, within an Enterprise setting • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues. • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to drive customer success initiatives. • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS, payroll software, and other relevant tools is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred
