Description

• As an Engineering Team Lead, you will lead a cross-functional team to meet organizational goals. • 30% of your role will be management, 70% technical work in application design and web development. • Deliver clean, efficient code in an agile team environment. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to your team. • Conduct code reviews to drive the team to excellence in .NET Core and C# applications.

Requirements

• You have expert knowledge of the latest versions of C#/.NET, .NET Core • You’re an expert when it comes to applying SOLID Principles • You’re a database guru! You know the ins and outs of MS-SQL • You have a firm understanding of Azure DevOps (If you’re a fast learner, knowledge of something similar would be suitable, too!) • You create RESTful API’s with ease • You have worked with Dapper or a similar ORM • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and at least 3 years people management experience • You excel in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies • You thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture. • You embrace independence and take ownership of your projects. • You enjoy leading small teams but also being hands-on. • You communicate complex ideas with ease and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams.
