🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management • Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level • Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations • Strong domain expertise in HR tech, particularly in global benefits including brokerages, is highly valued. • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority. • Enthusiastic about joining Deel and contributing to the success of the Benefits business.
