📋 Description

• Deel is a global leader in enabling workforce mobility through innovative solutions. • As we continue to scale, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager (GM) to lead and expand our Mobility business. • You will own the business's P&L and drive its growth and execution strategy. • Reporting to the COO, you will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with customer needs and leveraging domain expertise in HR. • Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets. • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet customer and market demands. • Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution. • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. • Partner with the product team to build solutions that meet customer needs. • Provide thought leadership to the organization on workforce mobility trends. • Ensure operational excellence and the successful delivery of products and services. • Act as a key decision-maker and advocate for the Mobility business.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management • Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level • Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority. • Enthusiastic about joining Deel and contributing to the success of the Mobility business. • Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment. • Familiarity with workforce mobility solutions and adjacent industries. • Strong domain expertise in HR tech, particularly in mobility or immigration, is highly valued.
