• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in global payroll or HR technology domains. • Proven success in leading product teams, including architects and specialists, to deliver multi-country payroll solutions. • Hands-on experience with platforms like PaySpace, Deel, or similar global payroll tools. • Expertise in multi-country payroll compliance, localization, and system integration. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on motivation and high performance. • Deep understanding of global payroll processes, tax systems, and compliance frameworks. • Proficiency in product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, JIRA) and project management tools. • Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of solving complex compliance and system challenges. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
