Description

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of our global GTM Enablement Instructional Design team, including its strategy and execution. • Proactively identify and own team initiatives that achieve Deel’s business outcomes. • Enable your team and Deel to track observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs. • Leverage data and analysis to define, track, and improve the overall instructional design process and output of your team. • Engage with and understand the stakeholders and audiences of your Instructional Design team to ensure that your teams and their programs meet their ongoing needs. • Develop and maintain standards, templates, and guidelines for instructional materials to ensure consistency and quality. • Lead change management efforts to implement new instruction strategies and communicate updates effectively across the organization. • Manage the GTM product release process and leverage it to deliver product enablement to the GTM organization. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in instructional design, product enablement, and learning technologies to drive innovation and improvement. • Provide feedback and coaching to support your team's continuous development.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a GTM Enablement, Instructional Design, Product Enablement role or similar. • 3+ years experience managing people across multiple teams. • Keen understanding of the GTM (Sales and Customer Success) audience. • Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development. • Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same. • Extensive experience with process design and monitoring, project management and project collaboration tools. • Can coach and provide feedback to senior team members, collaborators, and stakeholders. • Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools. • Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify problems and find solutions. • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines. • Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' as a leader while able to dive into the weeds of a dynamic environment. • Extensive experience working in the fast-paced technology sector.
