Requirements
• Minimum 4-7 years of immigration law experience • At least 2-3 years as a Junior Legal Counsel or similar roles • Drafting, reviewing, and editing immigration petitions, applications, and other legal documents • Providing support to clients for immigration-related questions or concerns • Offering legal support and strategy from initial kick-off call through petition filing • Providing legal advice and support to various departments on immigration matters • Ensuring and maintaining compliance with immigration laws and regulations • Assisting with compliance and risk management activities • Handling complex immigration-related disputes • Conducting legal research and providing strategic insights
