Description

• Drive discovery and development of lead generation channels across Central & Eastern Europe. • Own local marketing strategy, execution, and performance, converting early adopters into loyal customers. • Develop go-to-market (GTM) fundamentals, focusing on maximizing pipeline and conversion. • Work with sales and marketing teams to execute demand and field marketing programs. • Own content and integrated campaign strategy, collaborating with Sales, Growth, and Marketing Operations. • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive business and align multiple teams. • Drive growth by developing and reporting on key KPIs, assessing pipeline health. • Conduct customer and market research for insights on target audiences and personas. • Tailor marketing strategies for regional differences within focus markets. • Contribute to team initiatives leveraging insights to inform programs.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in regional/growth marketing within Northern European markets. • Proven success in developing demand generation strategies and uncovering new marketing channels for growth. • A hacker’s mentality with a relentless drive to find innovative ways to achieve goals, even when challenging conventional wisdom. • Strong analytical skills with a history of measuring and enhancing marketing channel performance. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working across multiple teams and stakeholders on a global scale. • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with executives and senior leaders. • Written and verbal fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a bonus.
