Description

• Lead payroll implementation for clients on a global payroll system • Manage projects and client expectations, ensuring compliance and efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives • Coordinate payroll data migration and oversee testing for system accuracy • Monitor project status and manage internal and external communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Proven experience (2 years) in payroll implementation, and (4 years) experience in running local payroll. • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in multiple countries. • Experience with various payroll systems and software. • Ability and interest in client-facing project management • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Must be based within APAC region. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English. • Fluency in Japanese is required.
