• As the Payroll Product Specialist, you will be instrumental in launching payroll products in new countries, ensuring compliance with local tax legislation, and leading the implementation process. • You will collaborate with the country compliance team, local experts, product team and architects to ensure product delivery is aligned with country specific requirements. • Manage task delivery and communicate any delays to ensure timely project completion. • Conduct post-deployment meetings to the relevant stakeholders.
• Payroll Qualification with a minimum (3) years of experience actively involved in payroll configuration. • Experience in working with multifunctional teams • Ability to analyse, interpret and question information received from Advisory. • 3 years of working experience in back-end configuration is advantageous. • 3 years working experience with programming language calculations are advantageous. • An understanding of Payroll elements and codes. • Configuring formulas & categorization of pay elements. • Configuration and maintenance of statutory rates and tables. • Configuration and maintenance of country-specific fields. • Intermediate Excel Skills (lookups, formulas, concatenating etc.) • Experience with a report writing tool is advantageous. • An understanding of country specific legislative concepts
