• Deel and our family of growing companies are made up of global teams dedicated to helping businesses hire anyone, anywhere, easily. • The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting payroll compliance operations for the APAC region. • This includes addressing payroll tax queries, providing operational and client escalation support, conducting in-depth research to facilitate global expansion projects, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of compliance documentation. • Companies should be able to hire the best talent anywhere in the world, so we are building the best platform to make that a reality. • Exceptional talent lives everywhere. • We aim to foster a diverse global economy by building a generational platform that seamlessly connects companies with talent worldwide. • After our successful Series D in 2021, we raised another $50M in 2023, doubling our valuation to $12B.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent compliance certification. • 4+ years of Payroll Tax compliance experience, with demonstrated expertise in payroll regulations for at least two APAC countries. • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, HR policies, and payroll compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. • Proven ability to lead and manage complex payroll compliance projects with cross-functional teams. • Hands-on experience with payroll processing is a strong advantage. • Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Strong project management skills, including planning and delivering under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies for managing tasks and priorities. • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and align diverse stakeholders. • Ability to independently navigate and interpret legislative changes.
