🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision. • Strong PLG mindset and appetite to focus on business metrics rather than owning one customer problem or area • Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences. • Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth. • Prior knowledge of B2B experience, SEO knowledge, and expertise in optimizing SEO and conversion funnels is a plus. • Previous experience in Marketing and project management positions.
