Description

• As an experienced US Immigration Attorney with Deel, you will help companies address the challenges associated with managing today's globally mobile workforce. • Deel’s mobility team helps companies and their employees efficiently relocate wherever they are needed. • Support the Company Sales team by providing legal consultations to prospects on legal strategy, timeline, and immigration options available in the US market. • Explain immigration regulations/laws, and changes to AEs and Clients.

Requirements

• JD along with admission to any US state bar. • Minimum 2 years of US business immigration experience, with an emphasis in customer-facing conversations with Founders and C-level executives. • Experienced in US immigration with a focus on US visa types: O-1, L-1, EB-1, E-2 NIW, H1-B, and TN (among others). • Excellent verbal/written communication skills. • Ability to provide not only technical legal expertise, but also proactive and strategic business solutions that are in line with the needs of our clientele. • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment. • High level of professionalism and candor about candidate eligibility and our services
