Description

• Lead a team of Global Payroll Account Executives responsible for driving revenue • Develop, implement, and iterate on business strategies to deliver growth and positive experience for clients • Empower the team to meet or exceed monthly quota targets and forecast with accuracy • Coach and develop the team through training, 1x1s, role plays, and strategy sessions • Responsible for leading the team through change providing clarity on the ‘why’

Requirements

• 3+ years directly managing employees of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a transactional, short sales-cycle competitive MM market • You’ve built teams, and you get energy from designing new customer journeys and playbooks. • You have a proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams • You’ve built clear and measurable KPIs for teams you have managed and you have delivered consistently against those KPIs • You’ve built successful cross-functional partnerships with Customer Success and Sales to deliver a great customer experience • You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment • Experience in a global payroll sales environment
