• Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global GTM enablement programs • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to define, develop and deliver enablement programs that produce maximum impact. • Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback. • Develop a blended training program of remote content delivery as well as e-learning content. • Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting. • Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs. • Report to stakeholders on progress against KPIs per project. • Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that programs meet their ongoing needs.
• 5+ years in an enablement, program management role or similar • 3+ years experience people management • Keen understanding of the GTM audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating (SDR, Sales) or impacting role (Onboarding, Customer Success) • Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development • Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines • Can coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholders • A clear communicator and presenter, fluent in English • Reliable and conscientious, with a commitment to delivering the best for your team and the company • Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify and solve problem • Outstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate them • Fast learner, eager to develop yourself and others, with an inclusive mindset • Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment • Extensive experience working in the fast-paced technology sector
