Requirements

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and other server-side languages. • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable applications. • Expertise in relational databases, including query optimization and resolving concurrency challenges. • Deep knowledge of OOP, design patterns, system design, and architecture. • 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership in organizations with 30+ engineers. • Excellent technical communication, documentation and mentoring skills. • Proven ability to align engineering initiatives with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration. • You are based in GMT+3 max. • Excel in both autonomous and collaborative environments. • Solve complex technical challenges with strategic vision, driving impactful engineering decisions and hands-on expertise. • Foster a culture of genuine care, excellence, and continuous improvement. • Contributions to open-source or technical communities is a bonus. • Experience in staff or principal engineering roles in fast-growing organizations is a bonus. • Knowledge across multiple tech stacks and technical domains is a bonus.
