🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, system administration, or a related field. • Strong background in managing and optimizing internal systems, automation tools, and integrations. • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, workflow automation, and process improvements. • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) and API-based integrations. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing technical and business priorities. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience in managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations. • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
