Description

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Credit Control and Deposits, aligning with Deel’s broader strategic goals • Identify and deeply analyze customer and business pain points in your focus area to design and deliver impactful, scalable solutions • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous iteration of features related to credit control, risk management, and deposit management, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations • Work closely with engineering, design, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across product initiatives • Gather and analyze user feedback and data to enhance and refine features post-launch, driving continuous improvement • Take ownership of the full product lifecycle—from ideation to release and beyond—ensuring smooth launches and effective post-launch iterations

Requirements

• Between 6 - 8 years of product management experience, ideally with expertise in Credit Control, Credit Risk, Deposits, Underwriting, or Credit Operations • Strong experience in financial product management, including credit infrastructure, transaction and repayments workflows, risk management, or credit control • Familiarity with global financial regulations and compliance, particularly related to payments or risk management • Proven ability to work independently, lead product initiatives, and influence cross-functional teams • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within a scale-up or start-up
