• Leading large cross-functional projects: Manage significant projects aimed at enhancing our product. • Leading product operations in Fintech: Define and own processes between Fintech product teams. • Assessing and validating products: Understand payment flows, accounting settings, and consequences of late payments. • Seeking information and building the product: Contribute to building and refining our product. • Driving GTM and global rollouts: Responsible for go-to-market strategy and global rollouts of our fintech product. • Identifying root causes and architecting solutions: Investigate issues related to the fintech product. • Designing and implementing operational systems: Contribute to the design and implementation of operational systems that optimize efficiency.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a product operational role closely aligned with product and engineering teams. • 3+ years of experience with financial products, such as PSP, wallets, expanse management, AML tools, credit & collections or credit/debit cards • Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders. • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills • Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build effective solutions that address their needs. • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach. • General technical knowledge of software development processes, particularly designing and building integrations, is a significant advantage. • Strong SQL skills and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations. • Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company.
