Description

• Leading large cross-functional projects: You will take charge of driving and managing significant projects aimed at enhancing our product. • Leading product operations for Fintech means you are defining and owning the processes between the Fintech product teams with other Fintech teams (FinOps, FincCrime, TechOps). • Assessing and validating products from a financial point-of-view, you understand payment flows, accounting settings, and consequences of late payments, dunning and collection • Seeking information and building the product: You will proactively seek information to solve conceptual problems and actively contribute to building and refining our product. • Driving GTM and global rollouts: You will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and leading global rollouts of our fintech product. • Identifying root causes and architecting solutions: You will investigate and analyze issues related to the fintech product, identifying their root causes and designing effective solutions. • Designing and implementing operational systems and processes: You will contribute to the design and implementation of sophisticated operational systems and processes that optimize the efficiency and scalability of our fintech operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a product operational role closely aligned with product and engineering teams. • 3+ years of experience with financial products, such as PSP, wallets, expanse management, AML tools, credit & collections or credit/debit cards • Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders. • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills • Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build effective solutions that address their needs. • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • General technical knowledge of software development processes, particularly designing and building integrations, is a significant advantage. • Strong SQL skills and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations. • Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company.
