🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a product operational role closely aligned with product and engineering teams. • Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders. • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations. • Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build effective solutions that address their needs. • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach. • General technical knowledge of software development processes, particularly designing and building integrations, is a significant advantage. • Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company.
