Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent acquisition support roles • Strong familiarity with Ashby ATS is essential • Proven ability to analyze processes and identify operational improvements. • Proficient in managing data and generating reports; experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience working with Ashby, CRM systems, and other recruitment tools. • Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
