Description
• Oversee and execute data migration for Radiology Information Systems (RIS). • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams. • Develop and manage data migration strategies. • Perform extraction and transformation of clinical data. • Load data into target RIS platform and validate. • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and GDPR standards. • Document migration processes and provide training.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. • Certifications in healthcare data management and ETL/Data Management preferred. • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data management or RIS data migration. • Proven experience with radiology information systems. • Experience with data migration tools and methodologies. • Strong understanding of SQL and healthcare data standards. • Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica). • Strong knowledge of database management (e.g., Oracle, MySQL). • Familiarity with RIS, HIS, and PACS systems. • Understanding of healthcare data privacy laws. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
