Description

• Join our team as the Global Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. • Assume responsibility for our attention and conversion objectives, developing a unique strategy to captivate our target customers in the enterprise automation sector. • Shift seamlessly from high-level strategic planning to hands-on content creation, campaign management, and other GTM approaches. • Direct our company toward embracing Generative AI to significantly boost productivity and preserve our competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 4 years + of relevant experience in a B2B automation company, top B2B marketing agency, or similar role within a high-growth startup or scale-up, ideally with a background in automation and a technical understanding of AI/ML. • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in data-scarce environments and to lead initiatives from conception to fruition. • Proven track record of building communities and brands, with a flair for researching and crafting targeted content for various industries. • Creative and analytical thinker with a proactive "can do" attitude and a meticulous approach to work. • Strong communication skills, capable of wearing multiple hats and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Experienced with various tools ranging from HubSpot and Webflow to Canva and Airtable, with a solid foundation in content creation and leadership within the automation space. • Fluent in English at a native level. • Bonus points for having a technical education in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
