Description

• Develop a scalable financial model and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support data-driven decisions. • Provide insights on financial trends to enhance overall financial health and growth of DeepOpinion. • Lead investor relations and fundraising efforts, preparing documentation and engaging with investors in first conversations. • Represent the company’s financial strategy to current and potential investors. • Oversee finance operations, including accounting, payroll, reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Enhance finance processes for scalability, accuracy, and compliance with reporting standards. • Manage our CapTable and V/ESOP tracking, ensuring accuracy and alignment with HR and company growth. • Utilize analytics to inform strategic decisions, identifying risks and growth opportunities. • Advise leadership on long-term financial planning and growth initiatives. • Ensure proper financial planning and budgeting. • Develop scalable financial policies and procedures that reflect our core values.

Requirements

• Significant experience in finance leadership, ideally within a scaling company in the AI space. • A successful track record in investor relations and fundraising, with demonstrated success securing funding. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy without losing sight of the big picture. • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Integrity and ethical judgment, with a commitment to transparency and trust. • A visionary mindset, capable of anticipating future challenges and aligning financial strategies with our growth goals. • A Top Tier University with a background in Finance.
