Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions. • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation. • Coordinate with the product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities. • Assist in managing proof of concept (POC) projects to validate solutions and demonstrate their effectiveness to potential clients. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients. • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and potential product enhancements. • Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong interest in technology and customer engagement, with a desire to contribute to customer success and company growth. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time. • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends. • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
